We offer a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, including faults in materials or workmanship.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at contact@dreamyra.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will review the matter and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper use, improper washing or care, accidental damage, cosmetic damage caused after delivery, or any modification made to the product after receipt.

Dreamyra reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
