Delivery usually takes between 4 and 7 business days.
Orders are shipped daily, and each customer receives a tracking code once the order has been dispatched.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to three weeks depending on the destination and courier conditions.
Orders placed before 3:30 PM PST / 6:30 PM EST are typically processed the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to provide the correct shipping address. Our team will do its best to update your information before the order is processed.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your package is shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
